Where are you based?

Our Mother Ship (Head Office) is based in Whangarei and we have another base in Christchurch, but we have onsite technicians available around the country. We also regularly visit our clients.

We have a nationwide network of partners in every region of New Zealand to provide on the ground assistance.

How do I get support when I need it?

We have a great team that can support you over the phone or via email if you prefer. Our Service Desk is friendly, proactive, and talented. We have PMS certified engineers available as well as networking specialists and VOIP engineers.

How will my medical data be protected?

  • All customer data is held in industry-leading data centres, with data duplication internally and frequent back-ups produced and stored in a separate location. 
  • We use an enterprise-class firewall and some of the most sophisticated antivirus technology available. 
  • We keep offline backups to protect against Ransomware attacks
  • We follow industry best practice.  We keep our staff up to date and trained on new and existing technologies.  
  • We follow Health IT best practice.   We ensure that our people, process and systems adhere to HISO standards and we keep up to date with the 2016 Inter-operability standards.  We adhere to the standards required for the Connected Health Network.
  • We have sector representation.  TMG is a member of NZHIT, or New Zealand Health IT. We work with a wide range of Health Providers, Service Providers, Software Vendors, DHBs and PHOs to keep current with sector changes and standards.  We are represented in a number of industry steering groups.
